Here I sit in the house today with some quiet time to reflect. I feel like we have been gone forever since we were in Florence since the weekend before Christmas and then in NYC. We got home about 2:30 am this morning from New York. Very long story about our trip home but we are thankful that we made it safe and sound. We had a great trip but as always there is never enough time to get everything done on your list. We had several great meals while there including the famous frozen hot chocolate from Serendipity. It really is some of the most amazing stuff and it was totally worth the two hour wait. We had things to pass the time so it was not too bad. Some things we did were see Central Park Zoo, Staten Island Ferry (rode there and back to get view of Statue of Liberty), shopping in Soho, Tori and I went to the Today show and then we all did Top of the Rock at night. I am pretty sure we were on TV for a split second at the Today show. There was alot of picture taking and alot of fun!!! Below are a couple random pictures from the trip. Some of the ones of Trey and I are also on Taylor's camera so I may wait till I get those.I would like to post a slide show but have to figure all of that out. That is more than my brain can handle today so I will work on that for tomorrow once I have had a substantial amount of sleep! We wish everyone a Happy New Year and that your 2008 will be filled with wonderful things!

sounds like you guys had a good time. wish we could meet those two really cool friends of yours. They sound like a lot of fun! I bet the trip wouldn't have been the same without them :)

You are right...it would not have been the same ;) Guess what?!?! It is now 3:27 pm and I just picked up our bags from the HSV airport. They finally made it too!! Yeah!!
Glad ya'll had a good time. Looks like a lot of fun! I must say I'm a little jealous that ya'll got to go to NYC this time of year. Would love to do that one day. :) Glad you made it home!
