One Down and Two to Go

I am affectionately referring to our bathrooms. We have renovated the half bath and now it is time for the two bathrooms up stairs. One at a time of course beginning with the spare bathroom upstairs. We have minimal plans because as we found out in the first one we did that just changing the paint color to what you want it to be can make a huge difference. We are planning on painting the bathroom a color called chocolate brown. Same as the one downstairs. Then a new countertop, some new fixtures and then a few decorative finishing touches will do. The only hitch is that the bathrooms upstairs have wallpaper! Yikes!! I have kind of started pulling off little spots to see how difficult it will be. So far not too much resistance which is much unlike our kitchen that was a pure nightmare. I am sure my mom remembers how bad it was since she helped with that process ;) I hope to get the majority of it done on Saturday and Sunday but we will see. I always get a little ambitious about how long things are going to take and halfway through painting when my arm is aching I wonder why I am in such a hurry to finish.
