MIA

Well, we have slacked at the blogging thing this week. It has been another busy one and it just seemed to fly by!

We both had several things going on this week and were pretty much going in different directions. I guess we all have weeks like that sometimes ;) We were excited to spend the day together yesterday but to no avail I came home from a girl's night sick ;( It was a real bummer. After laying in bed for several hours I decided it best to go to Madison Urgent Care and get it over with. The good news is I am finally learning my lesson about dehydration and am now taking all possible measures to make sure that is not part of my diagnosis. It only took three or so times being hooked up to an IV. The bad news is I now know almost all the nurses. My nurse walked in and introduced herself. I said, "Yes, I know we have met before...several times." I am beginning to think I should get a room there permanently!

Oh well....I am not feeling that much different today but the work must go on. We had a cookout scheduled for our life group and decided it best to go ahead and host for sake of the visitor's that we had scheduled to come. Trey is going to be doing ALL the cleaning and ALL the cooking of the main course. He might need a bed somewhere too after all that ;) We had been so busy this week we kind of "saved" the cleaning for the weekend. Note to self.....try not to save it all up till the day of or day before ;)

I almost forgot to mention something great that happened this week! The office started back. Ahhhh....so glad the strike is over. Where else can you get such humor?
