Adjusting.....

This is a completely random post but that is pretty much what we feel like today. We arrived back in Nashville round about midnight and got home about 2:15 am or so. We actually went to bed at no telling what time. I was tired but not all that sleepy. Go figure! We slept in this morning until about 10 am and at 1:45 I just now started the first load of laundry.....only 10 more to go...

We are having a tough time adjusting to the heat!!!!!!! I actually thought about checking the mail a few minutes ago and decided it was way too hot!! What kind of sissy am I?!!! We are really missing those 60 and 70's with no humidity weather that we had for so many days. I think we both pretty much feel like we are in a fog right now. The one productive thing I have done so far today was borderline disastrous. I went to Publix to pick up a few essentials and got behind a very slow person. This is fine because I had all day but let me tell you that I got so sleepy walking that slow!!! I almost took out a shelf of Juicy Juice while standing and waiting to get by. My eyes kind of flickered and my buggy went wayward. I was almost asleep at the wheel of the buggy! I felt pretty silly but oh well! I should have known better than to attempt something so treacherous as the grocery store on such limited sleep.

Trey is working on sifting through the pics (all 900 of them......NO JOKE) and when he does we plan on posting a nice long slide show for all to see.

Trey starts back to work tomorrow and I am working from home today and tomorrow since I found out a have a big report due by lunch tomorrow. I had a long talk with myself this morning that I needed to snap back into non vacation mode. I actually woke up this morning and had the thought that I had no clue what to do!!! The organized go getter in me was still hidden away deep down inside. Not sure how long till she will resurface. Until then things could be rocky ;)
