Hello fellow bloggers or others that might happen to read our blog from time to time. You might have stopped since we have been MIA. We have been crazy busy like most everyone else for the entire month of December. We celebrated my birthday mentioned in the last blog posted, battled the sinus crud, worked like crazy so we could take off for two weeks and go out of town, celebrated Christmas and went to the beach with friends! Whew!! I am tired just thinking about it all ;)
We had a wonderful Christmas with our families and really enjoyed getting to spend some extra time with them since we were home longer this time it seemed like. We also really loved the beach too!! We stayed in some super cool condos at the Shores of Panama and had a wonderful time. The condo was fantastic with a view of the resort style pool and the beach too. What more can you ask for? We ate lots of good food, saw some movies but mostly just enjoyed time with friends that we do not get to see often enough ;)
Well, we hope to be back to blogging more often in the next few weeks. After being off since Dec 19th when we both went back on Jan 2nd we hit the ground running and have not stopped since. It is exhausting recovering from such a long time off but so worth it!! We are in the process of dividing up '09 events at work so I will know by the end of Jan. what all I will be responsible for planning this year which is a dream come true!! When it comes to event planning at work I am meticulous and to have so much time in advance to prepare is all I could ever ask for. It will make my life much easier and hopefully calmer too!

I was just thinking earlier this week that I feel like I have not seen you in months, and wasn't sure if it was just b/c I haven't been in class or if you haven't been there either!!! Either way, glad to hear your time off was relaxing and fun...not so glad to hear that part of it was sick! :( Hope to see you soon..
I was wondering where Bri was??? Well it will be good seeing you guys again at church. Hopefully even at Bunco.

Would you do me a favor? I have moved the Taracooks.com web site. You can still get there by typing www.taracooks.com but for some reason entries in the Blogger "My Blog List" keeps sending to the old address. If you change it to rbeard.startlogic.com it will go to the new site. You may have to rename it to TaraCooks afterward.

Thanks for the info. I got that link changed and I tried it and it seems to be working. I am really looking forward to digging into some of these recipes that Tara has up in the near future. We are working on cooking more and she has some great healthy ways to do that!
