Beginning Week 3: Fit Test Results

Two posts in one day is pretty crazy!!!

The black writing is my info beginning week 1 of Insanity. In red you will see my updated numbers from TODAY!! My fitness level increase in 15 days is pretty amazing to me. I am NOT getting on a scale anytime soon and I am NOT going to track inches lost. Although it would make for a good story and all I can become obsessive over numbers with the weight loss game. So, my commitment to this is stronger than ever after seeing results and I am thoroughly looking forward to the next 7 weeks and to feeling healthier and as a side product fitting back into my pre pregnancy clothes!!! I hope to do even more incredible things on the next fit test. Try some of these for yourself!! Challenge yourself to do more ;) Maybe I should become a motivational speaker...ha ha. I am just passionate about things that make you work hard to get results and they are made for real people. This workout is definitely one of them ;)

All exercises get 1 minute to do as many as you can:

Switch Kicks- 60 regular speed and then had to slow down and got 30 more in without the jumping. I did 111 at full speed without stopping before minute was over.

Squat Jumps:20 regular speed and slowed down and got 20 more in without jumping. 43 at full speed in the minute.

Knee Lifts to the side-85. This time I did 105 Knee Lifts without stopping in the minute.

Power Jumps-20. Did 31 power jumps but stopped with about 8 seconds to go.

Globe Jumps-9 (4 jumps in a box equal 1 jump...). This time I did 15!!

Suicide Jumps-9. These are where you start standing go down and hop to plank position and then hop front and then up. This time I did 15!! I stopped with about 15 seconds to go so there is definitely room for improvement on this one.

Plank with Leg Lift- 35. I did 45!! Also stopped a few seconds before on this one.

Push Up Shuffle Jacks-17.This one I did 25 and it was a struggle to do them but I also stopped early here. Way more room for improvement but this is my hardest one to deal with.
