Insanity Beginning Week 6 Update

My most current numbers are below!!! My fitness level is still increasing amazingly. I was a little scared that I might have given it all I had last time and might see no improvement this time but that was not the case. This program most certainly has a goal of increasing your physical fitness level as a main priority.Today marked beginning of week 6 so I have a little over 3 1/2 weeks left and am counting down the days!! I will be super pumped to go from 6 days a week working out to 4 or 5 days. That will be much easier and hopefully enough to keep me where I end up after the program plus what exercise I get from chasing my munchkin around who is into EVERYTHING ;)

I do plan to blog about some other things soon and get back into it but right now this is kinda taking up alot of time but I am once again stating that I AM committed to finishing this program. I am OVER halfway there as of today!!!!

All exercises get 1 minute to do as many as you can:

Switch Kicks-
Wk 1- 60 regular speed and then had to slow down and got 30 more in without the jumping.
Wk 3- I did 111 at full speed without stopping before minute was over.
Wk 6-136 at full speed without stopping before minute was over.


Squat Jumps:
Wk 1-20 regular speed and slowed down and got 20 more in without jumping.
Wk3- 43 at full speed in the minute.
Wk 6-55 at full speed in the minute

Knee Lifts to the side-
Wk 1-85.
Wk 3-105
Wk 6-116

Power Jumps-
Wk 1-20.
Wk 3-31
Wk 6-38

Globe Jumps-(4 jumps in a square shape equal 1 jump...).
Wk 1-9
Wk 3-This time I did 15!!
Wk 6-15 - NO CHANGE ON THIS ONE BUT IT IS SO TOUGH!! I am hoping to bring this up by 5 more by the end at least.

Suicide Jumps-These are where you start standing go down and hop to plank position and then hop front and then up.
Wk 1-9
Wk 3-This time I did 15!! I stopped with about 15 seconds to go so there is definitely room for improvement on this one.
Wk 6-18 and still stopped early again so more room to improve.

Plank with Leg Lift-
Wk 1-35.
Wk 3- I did 45!! Also stopped a few seconds before on this one.
Wk 6-52 and still stopped early again....

Push Up Shuffle Jacks-
Wk 1-17.
Wk 3-This one I did 25 and it was a struggle to do them but I also stopped early here. Way more room for improvement but this is my hardest one to deal with.
