Insanity Week 1 Report & Other Ramblings

I have ALMOST completed my first week of Insanity and it feels GOOD!!! I have one more workout tomorrow and then Sunday is a rest day. It feels good to push my body to be better after so long of having to be careful with being on bedrest during pregnancy and then after pregnancy having a c-section and things just feeling weird if I was too rough with pushing too hard during exercise. Every now and again where my scar is I have twinge where feeling is coming back but nothing major. I have successfully done my workout during Cooper's morning nap each day. I am so proud of myself for my discipline. Not that I am tooting my own horn or anything. Ha ha...Right now he still naps 2 times a day so I have time to get it in but when those dwindle I'll have to revamp my plans. Hopefully, I have a good long while before that happens though.

Cooper is still teething and some days are less than fun ;) The teething tablets and motrin have worked out great so thanks for all the suggestions for us. We had been using Tylenol and you can tell a huge difference in that and the motrin. I am so thankful for the opportunity to be at home with him and to experience all this with him. He is also SUPER close to crawling and he is even beginning to experiment with the idea of pulling up on things. This kid is ready to go somewhere ;) I hope to have some new pictures soon!!!!

We have alot coming up over the next few weeks! I am going to the beach the weekend of April 9th for a quick girls trip and am leaving Coop for the first official time I guess. It is going to be weird but I am so looking forward to a little rest and relaxation. Then Trey is heading to Tsali, North Carolina at the end of April so there is no telling what we will get into while he is gone. We also hope to do some 8 month picture somewhere in between and not to spoil it or anything but we found the cutest plaid golf hat at Gymboree last night ;-)

Have some other things to put out there later about making my own baby food. Tips and pointers etc that I have picked up through the process. I know I have a few friends interested in doing this and if I don't put it out there now I might forget! I'll make that a separate post on Monday. Yay for you for your workout plan! I am a big wimp when it comes to pushing myself too hard.

Way to go Bri! I am so glad that you are finding the time to exercise and do something for yourself. I am so glad you got to meet my mom. Teething has definately been a rough stage with Addyson. Motrin has seemed to work better for her, but I know every baby is different. And some days we do both.
