All exercises get 1 minute to do as many as you can:
Switch Kicks- 60 regular speed and then had to slow down and got 30 more in without the jumping
Squat Jumps:20 regular speed and slowed down and got 20 more in without jumping
Knee Lifts to the side-85
Power Jumps-20
Globe Jumps-9 (4 jumps in a box equal 1 jump...)
Suicide Jumps-9
Plank with Leg Lift- 35
Push Up Shuffle Jacks-17
The fit test wore me down but it feels good to work that hard. Looking forward to day 2!!
