Need Encouragement...This Might Help

As I mentioned in my last post I am still working on about another 15 pounds or so as my current goal. I am still doing the Insanity workout by Sean T. 4 days a week. Then I am supplementing the other days of the week with pilates or anything I can think of to be active that won't take up much time. Usually something 20-30 minutes or so is good.

So, I got online and looked around to see if there was anything I could add to my unofficial workout days that would give me a little boost and I think I found it. I have been a Shape magazine subscriber for a LONG time and they have a great website that I never use...until now!

If you go to shape.com and go to Virtual Trainer and create an account it will customize workouts for you and what you are trying to tone and work on. Pretty neat. One thing I like about it is that it gives you tons of different routines and ones that require NO equipment if you request it since not everyone has access to any equipment. If you do have things like stability ball, resistance bands or dumbbells you can add that so it will give you those exercises but the ones without any equipment seem to be just as hard.

You can also track food intake, calorie goals daily, weight and lots of other things on there if you want to get really serious with it. I don't have the time to use it to the fullest extent but even if you just use it for the exercise routines which is what I'm doing right now it is worth it. The best part is that it is FREE!!!!! I just signed up and logged on and got started. So, it's worth checking out if you are looking for something to help you along with knowing what to do for targeting certain areas. Just wanted to pass along my find!!
