Two Days...Until Our New Arrival

I figured before I bid this pregnancy adieu I should write down a little about this journey over the past nine months! This was a surprise pregnancy of sorts. We had the thought one day of we could totally see having another baby and then it seemed like the very next day we were taking a pregnancy test! Lol...Really though it happened WAY faster than we could have ever imagined but we know this is not the case for everyone and are sensitive to that. So for that reason we embraced it and count our blessings for this sweet baby boy.

So, we found out we were pregnant and then panic set in as we were in the middle of selling a house and trying to buy a house and me going back to work part time and Cooper starting daycare which then switched over to Mothers Day Out. Then on top of it all finally 7 months after getting sick and having symptoms Trey finally had his gallbladder out! We apparently like to keep things crazy around here!

Seriously, we have been through what we would call the most challenging of times in the past nine months. But we have come out on the other side and in TWO days we'll welcome another little boy into our family. Parker James will be a perfect addition and I cannot wait to see what God has in store for our little family of 4 ;-) I am so ready to have my boy here and be able to move on if you will from this stage. I have had an incredibly blessed pregnancy but with all the change and all that we have been through I cannot wait to just get our little guy here and for us all to be safe and healthy and together! For we know more stresses will come down the road to replace the ones we have been through recently but I just want to savor this upcoming week where this new life is a new beginning of sorts. We are ready for the challenge and even excited (imagine that...even knowing it will bring sleepless nights and all for a few months) ;-)

I am scheduled to go into the hospital at 5 am on Tuesday September 27th and scheduled for my repeat C-section at 7 am that morning. If you would join us in praying for a safe delivery and a healthy baby boy we would be honored and blessed! Cannot wait to share pictures and thoughts on life as a parent of two come Tuesday.
