Hello friends! Bri is back and kickin....or just sort of swinging my legs a little ;) It has been a long day and I am pretty much over it all today. There is so much to catch up on that I won't attempt to go through it all cause first half of it would not interest you and second cause I really am tired.
The most important order of business is the cute new blog pages that some of our buddies have gotten in the past few weeks. Take a look at Sunny and Brooke's blogs for examples on my friend list. They both look great and frankly I am jealous!! I am going to have to check into this. I am thinking I might try and figure out how to do this my own but time will tell if I have the patience for it. They used a girl that does this kind of on the side who was looking for some practice in this kind of stuff from what I understand. Also, Alisha got some kind of new blog through mac?? It is cute too!
I guess the second most important thing is that we have yet to plan our trip to California for Aug/Sept. It seems far away but we cannot decide on dates, what is a must see in the first trip there, will 7-8 days be sufficient. Aghhh!!! We are definately thinking Alcatraz, Napa Valley, Yosemite.....etc. The list really could go on and on so I guess that is why we are having such a hard time is since some of these spots are not necessarily that close to each other. Any suggestions are welcome on what is a must see.
Third, is the fact that I am having an incredibly horrible time trying to type and spell today. Wow!! It is really getting to me!
I guess the final thing would be to say that I am back to running for sure now and unfortunately I am pretty much starting over. Doing a combo of walking and running I was hitting 5 miles in exactly an hour before the fall. When I ran Tuesday I only got to a little over 3 and a quarter miles in about 50 minutes or something like that. Bottom line is I have to build back up again since the foot disaster. Thanks to my sis in law for hooking me up with a place to work out while in Florence this week. It is much appreciated. Thanks also to all the people who have checked on me and my progress throughout the process.
That's all for now. I know you want more cause you missed me so much but tune in later for more riveting updates.

Glad you're back...missed you!
Glad your foot is feeling better...you'll be back up to your old pace in no time!
Never been to CA...can't give any pointers-sorry!
Hope you had a good visit w/everyone, especially some quality time w/Gma!
Yeah! I am glad that you are feeling better and that things are getting back to normal for you guys.
Your trip to California will be so much fun!! We went to San Francisco and Los Angeles all in one trip. It was a lot of fun. The weather was great in LA but freezing in San Fran. I guess because it is by the water the wind was constantly blowing. We did not pack enough warm clothes therefore I refused to ride the boat to Alcatraz.(sp?) I am sure that you guys will be much more prepared that we were. Do as much as you can and enjoy all of the sights!
Yeah you are back!!! I have missed you girl. We need to catch up--give me a call when you get the chance. And we will be in Huntsville next weekend--we are looking forward to catching up with you guys. Hope things have settled down with you and that your grandmother is doing better!! Glad you are back to running...it won't take long for you to get to where you were. Your body will remember, believe me!!!
Oh and one other thing what is up with these word verifications. I don't mind verifying a word...if it was an ACTUAl word. Blogspot is crazy...or is it that I am not very good with vocabulary. :)
I'm happy to hear that things are going well for you! I'm so impressed with the running. You will be back in the full swing before too much longer. I can't imagine the pain of having to run on an ankle that is hurt. Don't know how you are doing that!
Jason and I honeymooned in San Diego. Doesn't sound like you guys are going that far down, but it was GREAT! We took a day trip to LA and did not really care for it at ALL!!! A couple of years ago we went to Malibu and that was fun! My parents visited San Fran several years ago and really enjoyed it. It is pretty cool there all the time.
They visited Alcatraz and I know that they fed the seals (which they really enjoyed). I'm sure that you guys will have a great time!
You should check out Hilary. She is so sweet and it did not take her that long to give my blog a makeover. I've checked around and it is a pretty serious business. I've seen some looks going for as much as $50!!! I'm all about the free stuff!
