Recipe Review

Today I was thinking we would just have some sandwiches for lunch but went to the pantry and we had no bread and went to the fridge and we had no lunch meat. Well, nevermind....So, I started cooking a few pieces of chicken which I always have on hand for some sort of wrap or something. While the chicken was cooking I found a ranch dressing and seasoning mix packet and was looking over the two recipes on the packet. One of them used chicken and a few other ingredients I had on hand so I whipped it up. It was super quick and easy and Trey and I both thought it was a winner! Thought I would post the recipe for anyone interested. This came straight off the packet but I figure they switch recipes on the packets around.

Hidden Valley Burrito Wraps

1 packet Hidden Valley Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup salsa (I used closer to a cup)

4-6 flour tortillas heated

Combine Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix (1 packet), chicken, sour cream and salsa in a saucepan; heat thoroughly. Fill tortillas with mixture and desired fillings. We topped with cheese and lettuce. Makes 4-6 servings.

This recipe was a nice little suprise at lunch today ;)
